Our Owners will meet at least once every year at the Annual Meeting, in February.
Our Board of Directors will meet four times a year, approximately once every quarter.
The listed meetings are currently scheduled. The dates and times may change, but always within the Florida-mandated time frame. Florida mandates 48 hours notice for most Board Meetings, 14 days notice for specifc Board Meetings and 90 days notice for Annual Meetings.
